Have you ever wondered how we meticulously document all the conversations our Operations and Sales teams have with clients or potential clients? Curious about where we store industry knowledge and contract highlights? The answer lies in our Customer Relationship Management system, also known as SugarSell.
Since 2008, ServiceTec has relied on an internally managed, open-source Sugar CE client. However, to meet the growing demands for immediate access and flexibility, ServiceTec is now transitioning to a hosted version of SugarCRM, specifically utilizing the robust SugarSell module.
SugarSell CRM is a game-changer, poised to revolutionize our sales processes, enhance customer relationships, and significantly boost overall productivity by centralizing all customer-related information into one comprehensive database.
Practically speaking, this new SugarCRM rollout will replace six manual processes related to sales, ISO tracking, contracts, and monthly reporting management. This transition means more efficiency and less time spent on tedious tasks.
Unlike our previous system, the upgraded SugarCRM allows sales representatives like Brian, Jacob, and Ton to access critical information from their smart devices. This real-time access enables seamless information flow to management, eliminating the need to sift through countless emails and chat messages.
Moreover, site managers and staff can effortlessly create project quotations and ensure that completed work is invoiced accurately and promptly. These enhancements make ServiceTec more responsive to our customers, fostering satisfaction and loyalty—and everyone loves a happy customer right?
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the dedicated project team who made this transition possible: Richard Moody, Sander Opdam, Ton Oosterwijk, Michael Goodhue, Nicolle Alvarez, and Martin Thornhill. This cross-departmental effort, spanning sales, operations, and finance, has culminated in a tool that will benefit us all!
