“I would like to nominate Deigo Borlaza for the ServiceTec Quest Award. Deigo is a remarkable technician who has demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, growth and professionalism in his work.
One of the most impressive qualities of Deigo is his ability to tackle challenging problems and find solutions that no one else can figure out. He has resolved several complex issues that have been challenging the team and the airport for a number of months, improving the efficiency and customer experience. He is not afraid of taking on difficult tasks that require more skill and responsibility. He always asks for Level 2 and Level 3 tasks that challenge him to grow as a technician. Xander Henneman (AMS) - March 2024
Nominated by his manager, Sander Opdam:-
“I am writing to nominate Xander Henneman for the Quest Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to our project EES Schiphol.
Xander has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment throughout his collaboration with IDEMIA, particularly in his efforts to support IDEMIA staff during the preparations for the SAT and OPV (Operation Process Validation) at Arrival Filter 3.
He has consistently gone above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the project; he worked long days and adjusted his schedule to not leave the test site, which would have otherwise meant a lengthy process of returning to the site which is located Airside.
Xander’s proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, have not only contributed to the success of the project but have also played a significant role in enhancing our Company’s reputation. By ensuring that we maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency, Xander has effectively represented our Company, ensuring that we look good in the eyes of our partners and stakeholders.
In light of these achievements, I believe Xander is highly deserving of the Quest Award“
Louis Oliveira (YYJ) - April 2024
Nominated by his manager, Claudiu Ulinici:-
“I would like to nominate Louis Oliveira for the ServiceTec Quest Award. Louis is a great technician who has continually demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, initiative and professionalism in his work. Recently, he checked, tested and created a document with instructions as to how to close the old barriers (overflow lot) on the Old Willian Road.
In addition, when we discovered that the parking booths have different types of unlimited feeders than the ones used in our parking columns, he created yet another document to help identify them. He also brought in his own personal monitor stand that has an embedded PC support at the back, to be used with the new CUTE PC that we will deploy at the West Portal for the airlines to use so that they can access the FIDS application.
Louis exemplifies the qualities and values that the ServiceTec Quest Award is designed to recognize. He has gone above and beyond his normal duties and has made a significant contribution to our success. I believe he thoroughly deserves this award.”
