We are very pleased to see that KnowBe4 training is working!
We know this because, since the beginning of January 2024, the Company has been sending out e-birthday and work anniversary cards to all staff and these have been met with the appropriate amount of caution!
I am, however, pleased to take this opportunity to confirm that we do send the following legitimate emails to your ServiceTec email account:
- e-card on your birthday
- e-card on your work anniversary
- e-gift cards to recognise those achieving 3 years or 5 years of service
In line with your training you should continue to treat emails received with the appropriate amount of caution (particularly if you received something like this at the ‘wrong’ time of year!) but I wanted to make sure everyone knows about the emails we do really send.
Naturally please be aware that you could of course receive real phishing attempts that try to look similar to these cards (or possibly KnowBe4 tests too)!
