I would like to thank everyone who participated in March’s Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Following the feedback, I am very pleased to confirm our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is 61 which is rated excellent. To give some insight into the scoring, an eNPS score can range from -100 to +100. A score between +10 to 30 is good, and a score of +50 is considered excellent.
Our employee surveys give us a more accurate picture of how you feel about working at ServiceTec; the results have provided us with detailed information regarding your opinions about performance, culture, management and relationships. Your comments are invaluable and we’ve already started implementing a couple of initiatives in response to them, while others will be used as the basis for ongoing discussions between managers and staff over the coming year. Continuing to improve ServiceTec is important to us and will underpin the future success of our organisation. This is why it is so helpful to hear feedback from as many of you as possible.
