ServiceTec Airport Services International Ltd. is certified in the following three ISO standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Service Management System
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System

I’m pleased to report that, following an extensive review of our Information Security policies and an external transition audit by LRQA in April 2025, ServiceTec was successful in obtaining certification in the new ISO Information Security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Thank you to everyone who assisted with the achievement, especially Richard Moody, Graham Hey, and the UK Service Desk team.
Our next major task is to renew our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and 20000-1:2018 Service Management System certifications in July 2025.
