Starting in December 2024, the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) requested quotations for the installation of monitors and the setup of hoteling workstations across four Airport Authority buildings. We are pleased to announce that ServiceTec was successful in securing this project.
We promptly assembled a dedicated project team, primarily composed of former ServiceTec technicians, to undertake this work. The team was led by Jason Recla, who is responsible for obtaining work instructions from the GTAA project manager and coordinating the on-site work with the other ServiceTec technicians. Our on-site project team included the following members:

Since late December 2024, and continuing into the summer of 2025, the ServiceTec YYZ Project Team has successfully installed over 500 workstations across the Toronto Pearson airport campus. Their exceptional work has garnered very positive feedback from the client, significantly impressing the customer and positioning ServiceTec for potential future business opportunities at Toronto Pearson Airport.
