Flex.Go Self Serve Bag Drop – Dallas Fort Worth, Atlanta, Los Angeles

As part of our ongoing support program for Materna IPS Self Serve Bag Drop systems for Spirit Airlines, ServiceTec now supports Materna’s new Flex.Go Self Service Bag Drop units at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The service went live in Dallas (DFW) on November 15th, 2021, in Atlanta (ATL) on March 21st 2022 and in Los Angeles (LAX) on May 25th, 2022. Thank you to the team members who participated in the installations. We’ve been told by Materna that the next airport sites will be Detroit, Orlando, and Miami airports with installations to start towards the fall of 2022.
