YVR Update

YVR Highlights:

• YVR has once again won the Best Airport Awards, and our team continues to play a key role in supporting the airport systems and corporate technology that enable this success.
• YVR is hosting FIFA games, and there are significant technology upgrades underway across the airport to support this major event. Our team is actively involved in removing legacy technology and setting up new systems, including E-Gates and biometric solutions. These enhancements contribute to YVR’s reputation as one of the most advanced and seamless airport experiences in the world.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with YVR stakeholders and airline partners remains a top priority. The team meets regularly with key stakeholders to review service delivery, discuss ongoing support, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• We have also established more proactive approaches to supporting YVR, leveraging operational trends, service insights, and team feedback to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they impact service.

Other Highlights:

• Continued service delivery excellence, with KPIs and service levels consistently being met or exceeded.
• Two Quest Award wins within our YVR team: Shaheer and Ben.
• One-year anniversary on June 1st, marking a strong milestone in building trusted relationships with YVR partners and stakeholders.
• Adriano and Laura visited our site on June 16th for stakeholder meetings and a team dinner.
• Positive kudos from YVR recognising outstanding service and dedication from the team across multiple areas.
• New project opportunities are emerging based on the trust and respect our team has built with stakeholders.
• The Kiosk Upgrade Project marks our first formal project delivery as a team, representing a significant milestone in our operational maturity and capability.
