Welcoming Saskatoon Airport to ServiceTec
Written by Adriano Di Placido
Following an RFP process for On-Site IT Support and Maintenance Services at Saskatoon International Airport (YXE) that started in February 2026, ServiceTec received the good news that we were the successful proponent.
The solution accepted was for a two-person team providing 10×7 onsite support, with on-call cover for after-hours support services. The scope of work provides Level 1 support and maintenance for all Common Use systems (CUPPS & CUSS) at check-in and gate areas.
Welcome to ServiceTec:
Abe Yousfi – Airport Systems Support Technician
Aishveen Sodhi – Airport Systems Support Technician
We wish them much success in supporting the YXE operation, continuing to develop our relationship with the Saskatoon Airport Authority, and all of the onsite customers.
Many thanks go to a number of people within ServiceTec for assisting to make this new airport site in Canada a reality, namely Lynne, Laura B., our ER Team, our Finance Team, the YQR Team, and IT Service. Another great example of what teamwork can achieve.
