As part of our ongoing support program for Materna IPS and Spirit Airlines, ServiceTec now supports Materna’s new Flex.Go Self Service Bag Drop units at Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD). The service went live in mid-August 2020 and consists of 5x new Flex.Go SSBD systems. We’ve been told that the next airport site will be Atlanta International Airport with support services expected to go live in March 2021.
