Dear All,
I would very much like to thank everyone that took time to complete this year’s Employee Survey in October.
I am very pleased to confirm that our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) from this year’s survey has increased to 67 (considered an excellent score) compared to last year’s eNPS of 35 (considered a good score) – please see the graph below:

To give further information regarding eNPS scoring, this can range anywhere from -100 to 100. Generally, a score within the bracket of 10 to 30 is considered good and a score of 50 is excellent.
What Next?
ServiceTec is all about Continual Service Improvement and ensuring employee satisfaction is no exception to this objective, so we aren’t going to be complacent about achieving an excellent eNPS score. David Ison, CEO and Lynne Harrison, EVP are currently reviewing the areas that you raised where we can make improvements. In the coming weeks they will reach out to their respective Senior Managers to implement action plans to put those improvements into effect.
My best wishes to you and your families over the festive season.
Lorraine Halliday – Employee Relations Manager
