OVERVIEW
As we continue to adjust to life with COVID, “Hurry up and wait………” is everybody’s motto, so that it takes even longer than usual to reach the “Expand” part of “Land & Expand”. Mark Foote has kept working with regional airports, where faint signs of life are detectable.
ASSURE
As reported in the July newsletter, we finished our first Assure project; we are now discussing the next steps, comprising training, progress checking and looking at our customer’s supply chain. We have also completed the initial steps for our second customer, and we are promised (we’re swapping paperwork) the third customer’s order very soon.
NEW SERVICES
At the same speed, our next, possibly global, service is moving forward and I hope we will be announcing it in the New Year.
GENERAL
John McCarthy continues to represent ServiceTec on the ACI Europe Security Committee and is working with them on Open Cybersecurity Architecture, and finding ways of speeding up the test and certification process for Cybersecurity hardware.
