An update from Sander Opdam – AMS Site Manager
I want to refer back to my concluding statement from last year’s December newsletter which was;
“Let’s hope 2021 will be the year with new opportunities and that we’ll be coming back stronger than ever!”
For a relatively long period of time we were on a sort of hibernation as a service provider. We did the bare minimum which was required to survive as a company. Recent times have come with challenges and opportunities but looking back to a difficult time and in a way rethinking the way we provide our service, I’m very proud of the team which I have and I want to thank everyone for their hard work and effort. This year we’ve already done and are still busy with some quite large projects, such as an entire hardware refresh of the common use workstations and kiosks, including a software upgrade to Windows 10.
Since the summer we’re almost back to what is supposed to be normal and that means we’re glad to have started with bigger projects again, started to hire new people and now have a company vehicle again too. Let’s hope we can keep this flow going!
