Congratulations to Nicole Simpson on receiving her 10-Year Service Award from David Ison, CEO. Nicole joined ServiceTec on 1st March 2011 when ServiceTec decided to bring the UK Service Desk in-house based at the UK’s Head Office in Letchworth. As the Service Desk grew in terms of additional business, Nicole was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative in February 2013 and took on further responsibilities. In December 2018 there was an opportunity to restructure the Service Desk which led to Nicole being further promoted to the Service Desk Team Lead and becoming involved in every aspect of the Service Desk which included being a valuable member of the RemedyForce Implementation Project.
