Congratulations to Heidi Cooper, UK Office Manager on receiving her 10 Year Service Award on 20th January, 2021 from David Ison, CEO. Heidi joined ServiceTec on 4th January, 2011 and not only is she a valuable member of the ER team but she also wears many other hats which include purchasing for RoW, coordinating airside badge process for LHR, assisting with events and BambooHR guru to name but a few.
