Many congratulations to our Quest Award winners. We thank you for your outstanding contributions to ServiceTec!
Mustafa Al Attraqchi (BNA) - August 2022
Nominated by his Manager Pietro Como, who said: “I would like to nominate Mustafa from our BNA Common Use support team for a Quest Award! Mustafa has been fundamental in getting the new team up and running, assisting with training, scheduling and support all together on the daily operation (working extra hours, changing shifts…). He has also been a great escalation assistant and he has managed to restore all of the outstanding operational issues with his persistence and dedication.”
Thomas Sobernheim (DEN) - August 2022
Nominated by Charles Sobernheim (Team Lead) and Jack Liu (VP US Operations):- Charles advised “I would like to nominate Thomas Sobernheim for the Quest Award for the month of August. We unfortunately lost two technicians in June, and another in July. Thomas stepped in and worked extra hours to cover various shifts. In addition to working extra hours, Thomas was instrumental in training our new employees. He is always willing and eager to pass on his knowledge to team members and has been very effective in getting them up to speed”. Charles went on to say that “Thomas also excels in customer service and is often seen going above and beyond providing service to passengers while completing his regular floorwalking duties. I feel that Thomas deserves recognition for the effort and dedication he shows on a daily basis in his position as Lead Technician. Thank you for the consideration and the opportunity to nominate Thomas”.
Vladimir Yanev (MSP) - October 2022
Nominated by his Manager, Kenny Santos:- “I would like to nominate Vladimir Yanev for a Quest Award. Vladimir has shown on multiple occasions how resourceful and dependable he is. His most recent contribution is kickstarting preventative maintenance for MSP in August. Due to staffing issues ServiceTec had not performed PMs at MSP for a few months. Once we were fully staffed, I requested the team begin PMs once again. Vladimir was the first one to start the performing the scheduled PMs in August. His contribution to the total percentage for the month of August was 55% out of 70%. While we didn’t get to the full 100% completion this triggered all of other techs to start contributing as to not leave this task to one single person. Vladimir was also one of the technicians that had little to no overlap with any other technician. This meant from 14:30 – 21:00 he would support Terminals 1 and 2 by himself.”
Saif Choudhury and Jun Zhou (LHR) - November 2022
From LHR, Saif and Jun were nominated by Site Manager, Kevin Walsh and endorsed by Richard Moody, Executive Vice President – EMEA.
“Saif was nominated for reacting at very short notice to Rolanda’s call to assist Aeromexico with their perceived issues. It resulted in no issues at all for us but Saif handled the Customer very well. Rolanda also sent a thank you email.”
“Jun was nominated for working late on a Friday night as part of a multi company task force to clean out and tidy up all of the desks in T5 Zone A. Jun was singled out by the PM (who sent a nice email) as being particularly helpful.”
